On May 30th Tom Loosemore presented at the first Dear Fiscal Board Speaker Series, highlighting that we must have a strong mandate to challenge IT spend in order to begin an effective digital transformation.
No Government will succeed with a digital strategy without the right digital team in the right environment empowered to execute on the type of transformations we expect without a proper grip on government IT spending.
