My question to President Obama at South by Southwest

Puerto Rico is 140 billion in debt and facing serious challenges in delivery of services – a US Digital Service team can help drive efficiency and transformation, as well as lead the way in enhancing local civic engagement. Would you ensure such a team is part of the potential Fiscal Control Board?

Puerto Rico is facing a serious debt crisis which will likely include a Federal Fiscal Control Board to straighten things out on the Island…
